How many days do you need in Gran Canaria?
Three days covers the capital, the mountains and the south. A week also fits the north-west, Agaete and the inland villages without driving every day. 3-day itinerary.
Do you need to rent a car?
Not for the coast: Global’s buses link the airport, Las Palmas and the southern resorts, and line 91 runs from Las Palmas to Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogán. For the summits, the west and the trailheads, yes. Which bus to take from the airport.
When is the best time to visit?
It works all year: highs move very little between winter and summer. The real difference is not the month but the coast, because north and south have different weather on the same day. When to visit Gran Canaria.
Where should you stay?
